ENTERING ROUTE 23

We know what you are thinking right now. You accidentally stumbled upon this little blog, which looks pretty much bland and empty right now and you’re thinking: “Oh wow look at that! Another fashion blog, as if the world was in need for more girls pretending to be avant-garde and original.”

But first things first, this is not a fashion blog! Well you might encounter a little fashion every now and then, since we both come from a fashion-y background and we’d be lying if we would say that we don’t care if our shoes don’t match our bags BUT we want this to be more than just “LOTD” or “OOTD”.

This blog is our baby and it is our chance to show the world what we’re capable of. We’ve been sitting on our lazy butts for way too long, watching the people around us create and achieve and thinking to ourselves “We’d do this differently. We’d do this even better.”

So here’s the deal. Today we’re starting an experiment. An experiment over the next 365 days, to post every day, to kick ourselves in the butt, to have a different perception of the world, to actually do the things we’re planning to do and to report to you what it feels like to be a productive and active human being. During the next 12 months, we will change the course of our lives and overcome our weaker selves. This journey we’re about to embark on will take place on Route 23, the imaginary path we’re walking on in our twenty-third year on this planet. You can come along, if you want to.
